Laboratory Tests :
The facility includes a fully-equipped testing laboratory. Pilot run results can be quickly evaluated and new formulations developed right on site.
Pilot Line Equipment : :
Extensive testing and evaluations are necessary to assure that the product can be manufactured in the most cost-effective and efficient manner possible. Customers can test new ideas and explore new possibilities on production-sized equipment.
Traceability system :
With well established traceability system, we could trace back the whole process of production once getting the lot number. Continuous Quality improvement makes successful launching and maintenance of a quality product. |

| The entire production line is subject to Auto control system, including feedback, control system, formulated materials, temperature, humidity, rpm, speed, pressure, tension, moisture, basis weight, thickness, containments etc. All the processes are therefore under fully control and supervision by keeping tracing. |
